THE AVID GROUP NYC TO LAUNCH WITH BIG FUNDRAISER IN AUGUST

New York, NY - After more than 7 years of experience in the event industry, Stephanie Kinney and Janine Just decided to start their own event marketing company: The Avid Group. Their philosophy is like their name implies, marked by keen interest and enthusiasm.

Two young, entrepreneurial minded women decided they have perfected their craft enough to start their own business venture. The event industry has been their passion and now motivation to make their personal mark. To launch their new company as well as raise start-up capital, The Avid Group is holding a Fundraising Cocktail Party on August 19 at Butterfield 8 in midtown.

What better way to showcase what these girls do best—put together a lavish event. Tickets can be purchased at the door the night of for $50.

They’ll be hosting a silent auction in which you’ll be able to snag a great dinner for 2 at some of NYC’s finer restaurants or some highly coveted theater tickets. Signature cocktails will be mixed by famed mixologist, Duane Fernandez, who was recently written up in GQ magazine about his industry expertise.
